-οποιουδήποτε άλλου αναγνωρισμένου ηλεκτρονικού μέσου πληρωμής.

Η πιο πάνω υποχρέωση εφαρμόζεται σε όλα τα φυσικά και νομικά πρόσωπα, ανεξαρτήτως του ύψους του ενοικίου και του είδους χρήσης της ακίνητης ιδιοκτησίας.

Κάθε δικαιούχος ενοικίου που αφορά ακίνητη ιδιοκτησία εντός της Κύπρου δεν δύναται να αποδέχεται την είσπραξη τέτοιου ενοικίου με οποιοδήποτε άλλο τρόπο, πέραν αυτών που καθορίζονται πιο πάνω.
