🏎✨ Shoutout to the FRTUCY Formula Racing Team!

🔵Let's take a moment to appreciate the incredible squad behind the wheels - FRTUCY Formula Racing Team supported by the Center for Social Innovation.

🔵Formula Racing Team (FRTUCY) is a student competing team of the University of Cyprus founded in 2019. The team consists of over 50 active members from various the University’s departments.

Την Τετάρτη 13.09.23 πραγματοποιήθηκε το kick off meeting, όπου παρευρέθηκαν φοιτητές οι οποίοι ενδιαφέρονται να ενταχθούν ως νέα μέλη στην ομάδα μας. Είχαν την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσουν παρουσιάσεις από τους συντονιστές της κάθε υποομάδας Chassis & Ergonomics, Powertrain, Aerodynamics, Suspension, Brakes & Wheels, Electronics, Sponsorship και Business plan.

Πραγματοποιήθηκε με επιτυχία η βραδιά ομίλων στο Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου στις 05.09.23, όπου αρκετοί φοιτητές έδειξαν το ενδιαφέρον τους προς την ομάδα

Our team while it was in Italy went to dallara academy exhibition. The exhibition ramp hosts the cars that have made the history of the Engineer Dallara first, and the Dallara Automobili after: from the Miura to the X19, from the Sports cars born in collaboration with the Lancia to the Indycars that run in the United States, from the prototypes of Le Mans Championship up to the Series like Formula 3 and Formula E, ending with the last creation, the Dallara Stradale.

Our team returned from the FSAE Italy competition with unforgettable memories! Despite the challenges we encountered, we stood strong and gave it our absolute best in the presentations, leaving no room for regrets.

FSAE Italy team results!

🤩Η κοινότητα του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου είναι υπερήφανη για την προσπάθεια των φοιτητών, φοιτητριών και νέων αποφοίτων μας που αναχωρούν σήμερα για την Ιταλία για να συμμετάσχουν στους φοιτητικούς αγώνες φόρμουλας Formula SAE Italy με το όχημα που κατασκεύασαν.
🏎Η 50μελής ομάδα Formula Racing Team University Of Cyprus, που αποτελείται στην πλειοψηφία της από φοιτήτριες/τες του Τμήματος Μηχανικών Μηχανολογίας και Κατασκευαστικής, δούλεψε με πάθος και όρεξη και τώρα 14 μέλη της θα την εκπροσωπήσουν στον διαγωνισμό.
