Every scan tells a story. This heritage documentation project involves a full Scan-to-BIM workflow of a historic two-storey building and its compound, capturing not just the building, but the entire site: perimeter walls, outbuildings, mature trees, lamp posts, and all external features.

The workflow:

🔴 Leica BLK360 scan stations registered across the full site
☁️ Colorized point cloud — interior + exterior, full site coverage
📐 As-built Revit model built directly from scan data - walls, roofs, openings, site elements

The result: a geometrically accurate BIM model of a heritage asset ready for restoration planning, condition assessment, or archival documentation.

CompasS 3D completed a full interior and exterior reality-capture survey of a commercial property in Larnaca, covering a plot of approximately 2,800m².

The site includes a two-storey main building, auxiliary structures, landscaped areas, paved surfaces, fencing and vegetation — all captured and integrated into a single unified point cloud.

The survey provides accurate as-built documentation to support:

• renovation and design works
• asset management documentation
