Today, we wanted to share a small sneak peek from Cloud9 Residence, one of our newly delivered projects that we’re incredibly proud of.

Two days at the .cy 2026 and honestly, we’re just really proud.
Proud of what we pulled together, and even more proud of the team behind it. From the prep days (and late nights) to the actual event, everything came together in a way that just felt right. The feedback on our booth meant a lot and we heard it a lot. It ended up reflecting exactly who we are at DOMO: attention to detail, care in every corner, thoughtful customisation, and a space that felt warm and genuinely welcoming.
Over those two days, we launched 6 new projects, had our CEO on the panel, and showed up as one strong team. Supporting each other, showing the brand the way it deserves and then celebrating it properly after. Safe to say… we might have been the entertainment of the night at the afterparty.
We’re really grateful to everyone who stopped by, to the new connections, new partnerships, and to the people we had the chance to introduce to the DOMO world.

February had a little bit of everything.
A Carnival celebration with our community. 
Construction milestones across our projects. 
A conversation shaping the future of housing in Cyprus. 
 
Across our sites, progress continues step by step. At Cloud9, we’re entering the final stages of interior works. Veniz and Ulysses continue advancing, Arles reached the foundation milestone, while Evora, Kyoto, and Siena are all moving steadily into their next phases.
 
And because many of you asked, both Aalto Residence and Evora Residence now include a 4-bedroom apartment option, something increasingly rare in these areas of Limassol.
A small note on availability: most DOMO projects are now fully sold out. Only a few residences remain at Evora and Siena, and just one final apartment is available at Ulysses, due for delivery later this year.
 
Meanwhile, our DOMO showroom video is now online, offering a closer look at the finishes, materials and construction details that define the DOMO standard [full video on our YouTube channel].
 
And as DOMO grows, so does our team, we’re currently looking for Architects and Interior Designers to join us and help shape the next chapter.

Life at DOMO, Season 9, episode 1, a.k.a. our key updates from January 2026:
 
1. Growth brings change and this one feels especially meaningful. 
We’re happy to share that:
• Konstantinos Soteriou (previously our CRO) has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer of DOMO. 
• Andy Hadjiadamou (our former CEO and founder) takes on the role of President.
• While Nektarios Michael (previously COO and Partner) becomes Vice President.
 
2. Arles Residence has officially entered its next stage.
With planning permits secured, works are scheduled to begin early next week, marking a major milestone for the project.
*As demand for the city center properties has been very trong, and as of today, Arles Residence project is completely SOLD OUT. That said, we have a few more projects in the city center at earlier stages of development - please enquirer directly for more info.
 
3. Siena Residence has entered a new development phase.
We’ve revisited the concept, refined the details, and developed a new set of renders that better reflect the character of the project and the lifestyle it’s designed for.
