Tomorrow’s program (FIIT AND SOUND) will be on the move!

We will be having our session an hour earlier because we will be going outside.

Time: 18:15 meet at the MP and then we will make our way. We will be finished at 20:00
Where: Power beach/ Dasudi beach/ Opposite Kean factory.
What: We will do our work out there and then share some health tips.
What to bring: appropriate workout clothing and swimming gear if you so wish to go into the water.
