Today was Day 4 of the Future Founders & Leaders Summer Academy at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, University of Cyprus

Our session focused on moving from model to reality.

And this is where entrepreneurship starts to become very real.

Because having an idea is the vision for the meal.

Building a business model is the recipe.

But eventually every founder reaches the same question:

Will it actually work?

Or, to continue the analogy...

Will it taste good?

Do I have the resources?

What assumptions am I still making?

What needs to happen first?

And what happens when I have fewer ingredients than I hoped for?

Because entrepreneurship rarely starts with unlimited resources.

It starts with creativity, prioritization, and making the most of what you have.

These aren't always the most exciting conversations.

But they are often the most important.

Because entrepreneurship is not just about dreaming big.

It's about turning ideas into something practical, sustainable, and valuable.

Today's discussions reminded me that implementation is where many ideas either gain momentum or lose it.

Not because the idea wasn't good.

But because reality requires choices.

Priorities.

Trade-offs.

Testing.

And action.

One step at a time.

Hi, I'm Christina,

I support founders and leaders in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.

Because ideas create possibilities, but action creates results.

Today was Day 3 of the Future Founders & Leaders Summer Academy at the for Entrepreneurship, University of Cyprus

Our session focused on designing a business model.

But the most engaging part of the session came from an unexpected exercise.

I asked the students to "destroy" another team's business.

Not literally, of course. 😄

Their challenge was to identify everything that could go wrong.

What assumptions were being made?
What had they overlooked?
Why might customers not buy?
What could cause the business to fail?

The room immediately came alive.

Questions started flowing.

Ideas were challenged.

Different perspectives emerged.

And something interesting happened.

It was much easier to spot weaknesses in someone else's business than in your own.

A valuable reminder for every founder.

Sometimes we're so close to our ideas that we stop seeing them objectively.

That's why feedback, different perspectives, and constructive challenge are so important.

Because the goal isn't to protect an idea.

The goal is to strengthen it.

And often, the businesses that grow the most are the ones willing to ask the toughest questions first.

Hi, I'm Christina,

I support founders and leaders in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.

Because growth starts when we are willing to challenge our assumptions.

Today was Day 2 of the Future Founders & Leaders Summer Academy at the Centre for Entrepreneurship - C4E, University of Cyprus

Our session focused on Customer & Market Understanding.

And we explored a question that every founder should ask:

What am I assuming?

Because entrepreneurship is full of assumptions.

We assume people have the problem.

We assume they want the solution.

We assume they will see the value.

We assume they will buy.

But assumptions are not facts.

That's why one of the most important skills in entrepreneurship is curiosity.

Being willing to ask questions.

To listen.

To test ideas.

And sometimes to discover that what we believed to be true wasn't true at all.

I designed today's session to be highly interactive, encouraging students to challenge their thinking and look beyond their first answers.

Because building a business isn't about proving you're right.

It's about learning fast enough to find what works.

And often, the best learning starts with a simple question:

"What am I assuming?"

Hi, I'm Christina,

I support founders and leaders in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.

Because better questions often lead to better decisions.

Yesterday was Day 1 of the Future Founders & Leaders Summer Academy at the University of Cyprus.

Our first session focused on: From Idea to Opportunity

And it sparked some great discussions.

How are ideas actually formed?

Many people think entrepreneurship starts with a great idea.

But in reality, most successful ideas start somewhere else.

They start with curiosity.

They start with observing.

They start with noticing a problem, a frustration, a gap, or a need that others may have overlooked.

The idea comes later.

The opportunity comes from understanding the problem first.

That's why our session was highly interactive.

Not because I wanted students to find the "right" answer.

But because entrepreneurship requires critical thinking.

The ability to question assumptions.
To explore different perspectives.
To connect ideas.
And to look beyond the obvious.

Because entrepreneurship is not only about creating something new.

It's about creating something useful.

Yesterday was a great reminder that innovation is often less about inspiration and more about paying attention to the world around us.

And sometimes, the best opportunities are hiding in plain sight.

Hi, I'm Christina,

I support founders, leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.

Because every successful business starts by solving a real problem.

Last week was my birthday.

And funny enough, I don't have a single photo with a cake.

Which made me wonder...

Did it even happen? 😄

Usually, I start planning my birthday at least a month in advance.

This year was different.

It was also a public holiday, and somehow the celebration unfolded naturally over three beautiful days.

Filled with the people I love.
Good conversations.
Laughter.
Great food.
Simple moments.

And that's what stayed with me.

Not the photos.
Not the posts.
Not the perfectly captured memories.

But the feeling.

The love.
The connection.
The gratitude.

Sometimes we get so busy capturing moments that we forget to fully experience them.

This birthday reminded me that there is joy everywhere when we slow down enough to notice it.

And honestly, I feel incredibly grateful.

For the people around me.
For the opportunities in front of me.
And for the growth that continues to unfold, both personally and professionally.

There is so much to celebrate, even in the simplest things.

Hi, I'm Christina,

Looking forward to speaking today at the Digital Marketing Summit

What makes today particularly interesting is that I'll be joining two different panels, both connected to topics I work with every day.

The first focuses on Digital Marketing for Coaches & Consultants, exploring personal brands, webinars, client attraction, and growing a business without needing a large team behind you.

The second focuses on Digital Marketing for Startups & Scaleups, discussing growth, traction, scaling, and why strategy alone is often not enough.

And honestly, while these may seem like very different audiences, I see a common thread.

Whether you're building a startup or growing a personal brand, success is rarely just about tactics.

It's about clarity.

Understanding your value.

Making intentional decisions.

And having the right foundation to support growth.

I'm looking forward to sharing perspectives, learning from my fellow panelists, and connecting with everyone attending.

If you'll be there, come and say hello.

Hi, I'm Christina,

I support founders, leaders, coaches, and entrepreneurs in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.

Because growth becomes much more powerful when strategy and self-leadership work together.

founders, hear me out…

You need to strengthen your foundation, that’s often why things feel harder than they should

Mindset.
Clarity.
Confidence.
Boundaries.
Self-leadership.

These are not “soft skills.”

They are the foundation everything else is built on.

Because when your internal foundation is weak,
everything in your business feels heavier than it needs to be.

Decisions take longer.
Consistency becomes harder.
Focus gets scattered.
And even good opportunities start to feel overwhelming.

But when your foundation is strong…

You don’t need to force clarity.
You start to move with it.
You don’t overthink every step.
You trust your decisions more.

This is what I see again and again in my work with founders.

It’s rarely about doing more.

It’s about building stronger from the inside first.

If this resonates, I’ve put together a program with Snezana Djuric Stefanovic that goes deeper into these foundations, mindset, clarity, confidence, boundaries, and self-leadership.

It’s designed for founders who want to grow in a more sustainable and aligned way, not just push harder.

You can find it here https://www.designyourwins.com/entrepreneur-sgrowthblueprintcourse

and the best part? it is no brainer!!!

27/05/2026

I’m very proud of myself lately.

Not only professionally — but personally too.

I’ve been growing so much in the past years, and I’m in a season where things are flowing in a way that feels deeply aligned.

And honestly… it feels amazing.

Not because everything is perfect.

But because I can finally see how much all the small actions, decisions, lessons, and consistent effort have been adding up over time.

And I’m not sharing this to show off.

I’m sharing it as a reminder:

Keep showing up.
Keep taking the action.
Keep learning.
Keep listening to feedback.
Keep trusting your growth even when you cannot fully see the results yet.

Because sometimes we underestimate how much can change when we stay committed to ourselves, our vision, and our evolution.

Growth doesn’t happen overnight.

But one day you look around and realise:

Things are different now.
You are different now.

And that’s a beautiful feeling.

Hi, I’m Christina —
I support founders and leaders in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.

Because real growth is not only about what you build.

It’s also about who you become along the way.

Two packed days summit— and honestly, even more if we include all the side events, conversations, coffees, and networking in between.

And this is exactly what I enjoy most about spaces like this.

The real-time connection with people.
The exchange of ideas.
The conversations around growth, challenges, and building meaningful things.

One of the highlights for me was speaking on the panel:

“Knowledge as a prerequisite for success: the role of startup mentoring and educating angels.”

Especially on the silent stage — where people intentionally stopped, listened, and engaged with the conversation.

Because one thing became even clearer:

Knowledge alone is not enough.

It’s how we use it.
How we apply it.
How it shapes decisions, direction, and growth.

And in the startup world, that matters deeply.

Because behind every business idea, there are people navigating uncertainty, pressure, and possibility all at once.

That’s why mentorship, education, and the right conversations can make such a difference.

Grateful for everyone I connected with over these days — and for all the inspiring discussions around innovation, leadership, and sustainable growth.

A special thank you to the panel host Andrey Kostyuk and to Dr. Elias Hadjielia, Elpidoforos Anastasiou, and Dr. Chris Pavlou for the thoughtful exchange on stage.

Hi, I’m Christina —
I support founders and leaders in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.

Because growth becomes much more powerful when knowledge meets real-world application.

20/05/2026

Yesterday I had several sessions with startups.

And at the end of the day, like always, I found myself reflecting on all the conversations.

Because every startup is so different.

Different ideas.
Different challenges.
Different personalities behind them.
Different timing, energy, and vision.

And honestly, that’s something founders need to embrace more.

Because there is no single blueprint for growth.

What works for one founder
might not work for another.

And the moment you stop trying to build your business like everyone else…

Things become clearer.

Decisions feel more aligned.
Growth becomes more sustainable.
And there’s less pressure to constantly compare yourself to someone else’s timeline.

Because building a business is never just about strategy.

It’s also about the person leading it.

Their mindset.
Their values.
Their way of making decisions and navigating uncertainty.

It’s about learning how to lead in a way that is aligned with who you are and what you want to build.

Hi, I’m Christina —
I support founders and leaders in growing with clarity, intention, and sustainable direction.

Because the more aligned your business is with who you are,
the stronger the growth becomes.
