Rugby is so much more than the game—it’s about community, friendships, and family. Our families and children have been part of this journey from day one, and celebrating together makes every moment even more special.

It’s been quite the journey since we settled in Cyprus last August, and looking back, every training session, every match, every challenge, and every laugh has been worth it.

A huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of this amazing season. We’ve made memories that will stay with us for years to come.

Here’s to our rugby family and to many more great seasons ahead.

Proud of every single one of the boys. We gave it everything we had and left nothing out on the field. The result wasn’t the one we wanted, but the effort, commitment, and heart were there from start to finish.

We’ll learn from this, keep working hard, and come back stronger. Thank you to everyone who supported us.

After a long week on the road at the UK Rugby 7s tournament, things didn’t quite go our way. Army 7s came up short, and our campaign ended in the quarter-finals.

But the boys never let their heads drop.

Instead, we made our way up to bonnie Scotland to reconnect with our heritage at the Stirling Museum. A place where the stories of our forefathers and ancestors still live on—including our Fijian brother, who made the ultimate sacrifice on the battlefield in Afghanistan.

Standing in Stirling, where history was made during the Battle of Stirling Bridge, was a humbling reminder of courage, resilience, and sacrifice. It put everything into perspective. We even had the privilege of playing rugby on the same historic ground.

We leave Scotland as the Stirling KAIVITI 7s Champions, proud of what we’ve achieved together and grateful for the memories we’ve made. Still areas to learn from the last tournament we played.

A massive thank you to Scotland for the warm welcome and hospitality.

Now it’s time to head back home to Cyprus—to recover, reset, realign, and re-engage with our military duties.

Nae excuses. Onwards and upwards.
