🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Support / Field Engineer

Join our team at Simplex and take the next step in your IT career!

We are looking for a motivated Field Engineer to provide first-level on-site and remote technical support, ensuring the reliable operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site and remote support to end users (desktops, laptops & peripherals)
• Manage, monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot issues using monitoring and alerting tools
• Support OS updates, patching, firmware upgrades & hardware projects
• Deploy and install IT systems and infrastructure components

🎓 Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, AD, GPO, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V)
• VMware (ESXi, vCenter), Veeam backup solutions
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs – CCNA level)
• Cisco UC, VoIP, SAN & security solutions will be considered an advantage
• Relevant certifications will be considered an asset

💡 We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Analytical & solution-oriented
✔ Reliable & team-oriented
✔ Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✔ Self-motivated with strong time management skills
✔ Fluent in English (written & spoken)
