The main living room area is open plan with 3 large French windows leading to the garden and pool area. Robust free Internet/Wifi is also provided at the property. Flat Screen TVs and DVD player are available, along with a large selection of books and board games. For security and privacy the rear of the property is completely fenced in and private, there are no immediate neighbours so it is quiet and has a lovely serene feel to it. Parking is easy, with an enclosed and shaded carport, large drive and plenty of space on the quiet road. Air-conditioning units are installed in each room, along with oil-fired central heating radiators for the cooler winter months if required. There is also a fireplace in the main living area. The garden area has a large dining table under a shaded arbour enhanced with gorgeous bougainvillea; there are lounging areas surrounding the large private pool with comfortable sofas and sun loungers and of course the essential BBQ for those lazy days around the pool.
