Για πρώτη φορά εισάγουμε την έννοια του Group Personal Training που έρχεται να γεφυρώσει το χάσμα ανάμεσα στο personal training και τα μεγάλα απρόσωπα γυμναστήρια.
Με προγράμματα δομημένα για τις ανάγκες των πελατών μας, ασχέτως φυσικής κατάστασης, στοχεύουμε κατά κύριο λόγο την ενδυνάμωση του κορμού (Core), των ποδιών και των χεριών.
Από έρευνες που έγιναν από το California State University Northridge το RealRyder καίει περίπου 20% περισσότερες θερμίδες από τα υπόλοιπα “στατικά“ ποδήλατα εσωτερικού χώρου, μέσω της ενεργοποίησης περισσότερων μυϊκών ομάδων. H American Council on Exercise (ACE) το ονομάζει ως το μόνο ποδήλατο ολοκληρωμένης εκγύμνασης “Full-body Integrated Movement”. RydingEvolution is the first specialized indoor cycling Studio in Cyprus that uses the innovative ABF8 RealRyder® bikes, which lean, turn, steer and balance through three essential planes of motion, fully engaging the rider with the bike giving an overall riding experience. Our patented bikes based on CoreBalance technology are designed and manufactured by former professional cyclists. At RydingEvolution our vision is to help all our clients to reach their goals no matter how high they are and where they are starting from. We believe that everyone can reach and pass their limits with the right instruction and guidance. For the first time in Cyprus we introduce the term Group Personal Training which bridges the gap between the personal training care and the vast impersonal gyms. With programs structured upon the needs of our clients, regardless of their fitness level, we focus primarily on strengthening the Core, the legs and arms.
