A beautiful equine led session taking place here.

After a week at school, pressure of exams, navigating through new relationships, hormones and expectations in general, we can help our teenagers find balance in nature.

Through therapeutic activities such as breath work, gentle rhythmic brushing of the horse and learning to mirror energy can help restore balance and calm from within.

Since moving to this island 13 years ago, i have have built up a herd of 11 beautiful horses and ponies in my village of Argaka, from all over Cyprus. Horses have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, over 40 years in fact,

Now I would like to share this special place and its residents, with anyone who would like to take a moment out for themselves and invest in their emotional wellbeing.

There is one thing that has always been evident to me, is that horses have a unique and special quality about them.

They have a silent power, an ability to communicate without words and offer the gift of honesty and truth to us.

By spending time with horses in a natural environment, within a safe framework of non-ridden, experiential exercises, EFL work can offer moments of emotional regulation, self awareness, personal growth and much more.
