Within a year, Mind Intuition Movement has achieved milestones that demonstrate a real impact.

From issuing our first permit and establishing MIM’s presence in both local and international markets, to welcoming 11 professionals who are already enhancing business performance on the island, our growth has been remarkable.

Join the team of a new luxury hotel in Curaçao! 🇨🇼

Curaçao has experienced significant growth in the tourism industry over the past few years. With several hotels in development, we are recruiting hospitality professionals who speak English for a new luxury hotel set to open in the first quarter of 2026. 🙌🏽

Position: Maintenance Technicians (M/F)⚙️

We are seeking technicians (electricians, painters, plumbers, carpenters, and HVAC specialists) with experience in hotels or similar establishments. You will be responsible for the proper functioning of the facilities, performing repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Profile & Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance, electricity, or plumbing
✅ Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and minor repairs
✅ Ability to quickly identify and solve technical problems
✅ Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures
✅ Willingness to relocate to Curaçao for a minimum of 2 years

Conditions:

▪️ Accommodation, local transportation, and health insurance provided
▪️ A certificate of conduct (maximum 3 months old) is required before arrival

We’re expanding the team for a brand-new international hotel in Curaçao! 🙌🏽
Start date: March 2026

Position: HR & Administrative Support for International Staff

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Manage all international permits and visas for the 114 staff.
▪️Handle full-cycle payroll, onboarding, and worker documentation.
▪️ Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with Curaçao labor law.
▪️Support strategic oversight on worker housing and welfare, including the workers' apartment project.

Qualifications:
✅Fluency in English, Dutch, and Papiamento is essential. Spanish is a strong plus.
✅Proven experience in HR, logistics, or operational management, ideally in construction, hospitality, or an international context.
✅A professional, out-of-the-box, driven, and service-minded attitude.
