The Penthouse is on the second floor.
Both apartments have an area of 40m2 + 10m2 outside balcony / terrace.

Connecting two apartments
You can also buy 2 apartments and link them. This allows you to create an apartment of 80 m2, with a natural double terrace that makes it possible to have a 2nd bedroom.
All apartments are prepared for this: Both De Luxe on the 1st floor and the Penthouses on the 2nd floor.In such a case you can have one kitchen and perhaps bathroomcould be eliminated.
