Today I had the opportunity to speak on “From Data to Decisions” and one message kept coming back.

We are not lacking data in the Caribbean.
We are lacking decision speed and predictability.

I shared a simple reality:
• An investor ready to launch… waits 6 months for approvals
• Different institutions give different answers on AI laws and digital laws if any
• A digital bank account takes too long to open or is not supported.

No rejection. Just silence.

That’s how we lose investment.

Because in today’s AI-driven world, investors don’t choose where everything is perfect
they choose where they can move fast, with clarity and confidence.

For Curaçao, this is exactly where our opportunity lies.

As part of our National Export Strategy, we are not just positioning for digital infrastructure we are positioning as a place where data turns into decisions, and decisions build trust.

Because ultimately:

Data → Decisions → Confidence → Investment
