Governance and culture are rarely the problem. Making them work in practice is.
In our previous post, we briefly introduced our partnership with Normethic. Today, we’d like to share a bit more about why this collaboration matters to us.
Normethic works closely with executives and boards on topics that are often discussed, but not always truly embedded: governance, culture, and values-driven leadership. What stands out in their approach is the way they make governance tangible and connecting it directly to behavior, decision-making, and the everyday reality within organizations.
From shaping governance structures to assessing organizational health and integrity risks, and from strengthening psychological safety to encouraging a true speak-up culture, Normethic brings a perspective that goes beyond theory.
In working together, we realized how powerful it is to connect these elements in a practical way. That’s why we co-developed a framework that helps organizations not only define governance and culture, but actually bring them to life.
Because ultimately, real impact starts where policies stop, this framework enables organizations to move beyond policies on paper to real behavioural change in practice.
In the coming weeks, we will be translating this work into a series of masterclasses and training sessions, where we will dive deeper into these themes and share practical tools and insights.

5 years ago, I took a step where passion, vision, and entrepreneurship came together: the start of my own company. What began as an ambitious idea has grown into an organization I am incredibly proud of today.
Of course, we couldn’t let this milestone pass unnoticed. On the contrary, we are celebrating it through growth, knowledge sharing, and impact.
To mark our 5-year anniversary, we are launching a series of inspiring masterclasses and training programs, designed for professionals and organizations that want to keep evolving and thinking ahead.
I am also proud to announce that we are entering into a partnership with Normethic, specialists in culture, governance, and behavior. Together, we are joining forces to help organizations become stronger, more conscious, and future-ready.
We will be sharing more details about the upcoming activities soon, so stay tuned!
This is only the beginning of what’s to come.
