Visuals for the new Auditorium and Library in the University Francisco Vitoria campus in Madrid have a complex creative process behind. One that start with careful selection of references, site research and material analysis.
During the research phase we look for a deeper understanding of place, its surroundings, events and the people thats host them.

The main inspiration for this project was work of Andrei Tarkowsky. We were analysing the colours and compositions of his shots and researching other artworks with dream-like atmosphere. As a result of this work, we created a set of sketches linked to the movie references, but also rainy image of Pamplona.

This year at World Viz Fest World Visualization Festival we have the honour to present our work, philosophy and some experiments we run for the past months.
Also, we participated in the panel talking about the mental impact of our profession. Burnout is still a big taboo subject, so conversation around it felt relevant.
Thanks to Kasa Bartoszewisz , Karim Mozses Karim Moussa El Ramly and Alina Kostiuk for this experience.
There’re were also many fun conversations, laughs and shared beers.

Honorable Mention in the contest for preliminary design competition of Palma de Mallorca waterfront by Jordi Herrero Architects in collaboration with Eduardo Garcia Acuña.
A project that connects the city with the sea through modern landscape intervention, allowing them to exist in synergy. Architecture and new urban plan create a new meeting point for all the citizens and visitors of the island.

Visuals for the new Auditorium and Library in the University Francisco Vitoria campus in Madrid, for a special publication in El Croquis - a renowned Spanish publication for architects and designers.
A place built by the people, with the people and for the people. One, that enables the spaces where education will take place and it’s highest priority is the common good and recognition of the dignity of all of its students and professors - the true users of the campus.
It makes very proud to see this project already being constructed!

Re-visiting the project made in collaboration with Tuñon + Albornoz Architects + Dhoore Vanweert: the refurbishment of Landbouwbelang into a multi-purpose building with hybrid space and offices.
Located next to the Meuse river, project breathes the air of busy landmark , which silhouette becomes sharp and recognizable through the changing atmosphere. We cought just in the moment for this romantic shot coming to life.
