Xhade Fest 2026 brought together artists, young people, activists, performers, and our community to celebrate creativity, dialogue, and belonging.

From inspiring discussions and hands-on workshops to a powerful theatre performance, thought-provoking exhibitions, immersive 3D mapping, and unforgettable music performances, every moment reminded us that culture has the power to connect people beyond borders and differences.

Xhade Fest – 4th Edition welcomes Muhamet Behrami to the festival’s final night!

Prishtina-based hip-hop artist and DJ known for bringing powerful beats, sharp energy, and an authentic urban sound to the stage. Blending hip-hop with contemporary influences, MEEX creates dynamic performances that connect with the crowd and keep the atmosphere alive.

Xhade Fest – 4th Edition welcomes IMAN YAM to the festival’s final night!

Skopje-based DJ with an experimental approach to sound, moving through acidified grooves, hypnotic rhythms and percussive textures. Guided by instinct and a taste for experimentation rather than strict genre boundaries she crafts dancefloor journeys rooted mostly in underground club culture.

Her sets are a unique combination of groovy house, soul and gospel vocals, acid elements, breakbeat and progressive rhythms, as well as elements of techno. Her focus is always on groove - the energy she brings throughout her high-energy sets, creating an infectious atmosphere that moves people and keeps the dancefloor going from start to finish.

Based in Belgrade, she has performed in numerous clubs and bars, as well as at festivals such as Exit and Love Fest. She has expanded her sound beyond Serbia through performances in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Portugal (Lisbon), and the Netherlands (Amsterdam Dance Event).

A passionate vinyl collector who also produces music for her own soul, MELI is ready to take us on an unforgettable electronic music journey at Xhade Fest.

Cyanotype Workshop – Painting with Sunlight

As part of the second day of Xhade Fest 2026, join us at the former Kristal Factory to explore the magic of cyanotype, one of the oldest photographic printing techniques.

Using sunlight and simple materials, we’ll create unique blue prints while rediscovering a space once dedicated to craftsmanship and creation.

Regional Youth Voices Forum – Advancing Human Rights Together

As part of the second day of Xhade Fest 2026, the Regional Youth Voices Forum brings together young people, activists, and changemakers from across the Western Balkans to exchange ideas, share experiences, and strengthen regional cooperation in advancing human rights.

Through open dialogue, participants will explore key challenges facing young people, promote inclusion and active citizenship, and inspire collective action for more democratic, peaceful, and inclusive societies.

As part of the first day of Xhade Fest – 4th Edition, we invite you to experience the artistic exhibition “Metal Clouds Float Quietly.”

The exhibition is the product of a long-term research and documentation project on industrial heritage in Kosovo, focusing on factories as spaces that shaped work, community, education, culture, and artistic & creative life.

This creative activity was made possible by the workers themselves, either through individual participation or through cultural collectives. Every age has its architecture of belonging: places where the human needs and aspirations find a home. And in one particular age [industrial], that home became the factory.

🎭 Xhade Fest - 4th Edition opens with a special theatrical performance “Ikja nga Gjermania” (The Escape from Germnay).

‘ Sametushi and Shemsh*ti are two migrants who have lived together in Germany for 19 years. Different in their beliefs, personalities, and outlook on life, they share one thing in common: a deep longing for their homeland and the hope of returning home one day ‘ .

Through humor, conflict, and deeply emotional moments, the play brings to the stage a story that resonates with many of our families, reflecting on migration, identity, and the unbreakable bond with the place we come from.

Directed by lendialiiu , the performance features local actors Arlind Fejzullahu and bleronhevziu , young artists from Presheva who are actively contributing to the growth of our town’s cultural scene.
