The 38th Earwiggle release comes from one of our favourites, and a debutant on the label, Serbian studio supremo Commissar Lag.
The “Absolution EP” finds Lag delivering his playful vision of techno, dipping into the past while also pointing us to the future, all framed through an exquisite production gleam.

Absolution EP, izlazi 13. marta za irski label Earwiggle, donosi tri trake u njegovom prepoznatljivom, čvrstom groove maniru i deep remiks mladog producenta Dilan Fogartija.
Lag vrag te večeri preuzima pult sa razlogom više, a atmosferu dodatno začinjava hipnotički duo & .dzbog, čiji setovi sad već dobro poznato prave savršenu uvertiru u noć bez žanrovskih granica.
Release party kako dolikuje - glasno, znojavo i do kraja.
‼️ Sviram ove nedelje kao Skitz FM aka DJ Strana Muzika u KC Grad, Beograd u četvrtak 5. marta od 19h. Kao i uvek: ploče 💿, paprikaš od žanrova, listening session (što ne znači da neće biti žestijih traka) i sve u svemu kvalitetna šizofrenija od raspoloženja. Vidimo se tamo momci i devojke. 😏😤

Seminal drum & bass producer dBridge has shared his thoughts on the growing trend of artists bootlegging his tracks, warning that an overreliance on the past could ultimately stunt the genre’s future.
The Exit Records boss took to Instagram to address what he described as a “feedback loop” in drum and bass culture, where familiar material is prioritised over forward momentum.
