Serbian Educational Network EDUSMART is Non-Governmental Organization/Association founded and registered according to Serbian Law on Association.
EDUSMART is innovative and internationally focused association that builds a network of experts and enthusiasts from various fields of education, science and technology. The main working areas of the association are: education, promotion of science and technology, environmental protection and sustainable development. Aiming to build an educational network within the European educational area, the
EDUSMART scope of work is:
• Improvement, development and promotion of education and science as a necessary precondition for the development of society;
• Development and promotion of the information society and the process of digital transformation;
• Inclusive education of children, adults and socially marginalized and vulnerable groups with strategy for prevention and protection against discrimination;
• Reform of the vocational education and employment system, improvement of the higher education system as well as encouragement of regional and European cooperation in the development of education;
• Establishment and development of a network of relevant partners in the fields of education, science, technology and sustainable development;
• Promotion and advocacy of the need to preserve the environment and sustainable development as a model for further development of society;
• Cooperation with factors of social importance in Serbia and abroad, as well as cooperation with interested economic and non-economic entities and state bodies that are in a position to help achieve the goals of the Association. EDUSMART unites experienced teachers and professionals from wide spectrum of expertise, coming from different higher education institutions and/or digital technology-related business sector.
