Following the pre-party, we’re announcing the afterparty — the most intimate and unusual one, created in a detox collaboration with Dobra Banja.

It will take place in Belgrade’s first public Russian bathhouse. After three days of intense cultural stimulation, we see this as the perfect way to reset.

A Russian banya is not quite the same as a sauna. It’s not just about heat, but a whole ritual: soft, humid steam instead of dry heat, guided sessions led by a bath master, and venik treatments (bundles of leafy branches) that stimulate circulation and gently reboot the body. It’s not about enduring high temperatures, but about gradually warming up, relaxing, and tuning back into yourself.

We’ve scheduled two music sessions to accompany the experience.

At 16:00, the atmosphere will be shaped by Dasha Mamba — the mind behind Paradajz Cabaret, a priestess of zen and guardian of sonic comfort. She will play a special set inspired by Tibetan sound practices.

At 18:20, Dan Lucka — a New Zealand-born DIY artist based in Belgrade — takes over. He describes his set as:
“A sound journey that massages the mind and gradually activates the body’s motor pathways. Expect anything from electronic pioneers to purveyors of new age synth music, unfolding from deep stillness into subtle motion.”

Session price: 4000 RSD
Capacity: up to 14 people
Sessions are mixed — open to all genders

Fields media art program opens this Saturday with D.L.A., an installation by Aizek, created in collaboration with Oblika studio.

The work explores the nature of LED screens by foregrounding their structure: each diode acts as an individual point of light. Composed of 1.6 million such elements, the piece unfolds as a generative audiovisual system — a digital organism in constant transformation, echoing processes like crystallization, electrical branching, and fluid motion.

Opening hours: April 11–16, 18:00–23:00
Free entry

Installation supported by BG Sound.

The mystical experiments of an alchemist and psychedelic dub philosopher Jay Glass Dubs

Dimitris Papadatos is a Greek producer who researches the limitations of dub music, from rule-abiding trip-hop and dancehall to heavy-footed post-dubstep and avant-garde electronics.

With his relativistic approach to genres and the Jay Glass Dubs’ multifaceted sound, Papadatos opened up numerous new vistas for himself. These opportunities resulted in collaborations with an avant-rock trio Guerilla Toss on the label DFA and with Leslie Winer, ‘the trip-hop’s godmother'; in waves of grimy new-edge music on his cassettes created for The Tapeworm and alchemical sound transformations in his remixes of How to Dress Well and Carmen Villain. Papadatos shows unmatched flexibility in adapting to various venues and contexts—from sound art festivals held in museums to rave gigs with crowds of thousands.

A vigorous conductor of music experiments, Jay Glass Dubs continuously explores new territories. For example, in his project Wild Terrier Orchestra, he ventures into kraut jazz, while under a pseudonym DJ Humble surprisingly strays off into jungle nostalgia. On his latest releases, “Soma” and “You Would Love Me Now”, Papadatos continues to work with various vocal music formats inevitably reminiscent of early Massive Attack and King Midas Sound.
