So, what do these words mean to Kroon? 💡🧐
Well, they simply mean that a client knows about everything that goes on and receives timely updates, even if it’s bad news. Being in the loop trumps living in blissful ignorance. 🤓
Being a part of the process allows you to get a better grasp of other areas of your business.📈
We’re together in this and we don’t shy away from bad news. 😇😉

It’s so easy to say “yes” to everything. 🙃
When a client tells us about the product they have in mind, we listen to every detail. We love hearing about all the fantastic features their users will master and enjoy.
However 🤔 we all know not all of them will see the light of day. As we know, feature prioritization is the backbone of product development. This is the simple truth we’ve gotten to know with experience. 😎
