📢 frAPPle team presented their innovative idea in the phase I of the .nis Launcher program!

🚀 Launcher is the first accelerator program, launched by the Science and Technology Park Niš, that provides early stages startups with not only professional, bur also financial support.

📢 We are looking forward to start 2024 with new project supported by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation. Our goal is to set up an Innovation Incubator at UBFC - a link between startup ecosystem and the academia 🎓

As a part of MeMEAS dissemination activities in collaboration with , our Environmental Biotechnology course students have penned insightful articles for Wikipedia Serbia. From bioremediation to molecular engineering and bioproduction articles, they made contributions towards expanding free educational content in Serbian. By sharing their expertise, they're helping create a wealth of knowledge for learners in their native language 🎓

MeMEAS project is focused on knowledge transfer between researchers from UBFC and UCL, through training on metagenomes mining for transaminase activity suitable for applications in organic synthesis of chiral amines. This research was supported by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, Program DIASPORA, #6464843, MeMEAS.

First step in the development of the frAPPle brand ✨️ frAPPle was one of the six winning ideas from the Western Balkans awarded at the Balkathon 4.0 grand finale held in Sarajevo yesterday!

We're looking forward to the mentoring and financial support from Regional Cooperation Council on the journey to realising our idea!
