Belgrade Tour ๐Ÿคฉ

After the congress was officially over, we decided to organize a touristic tour in Belgrade for all participants.
This great tried to present to our guests some of its sights, significant architectural works, parks and greenery, monuments, the fortress, history, religion, de facto to give them a hint of energy of belgradians and Belgrade in general.

Day 4 was the last day of congress.
It was dedicated to the mystery slide session and mystery cases. ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿงฉ The highly well-attended lectures were an opportunity to get answers to the mysterious cases announced earlier on our website. During the congress, participants had the chance to try to solve mysterious cases independently. ๐Ÿ”ฌ๐Ÿค”

PD Dr. med. vet. Rachel E. Marschang, DECZM (herpetology), FTร„ Mikrobiologie, ZB Reptilien
PD Dr. Rachel Marschang qualified as a vet from the Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany in 1995 and has been working in reptile medicine and infectious diseases ever since.
๐ŸŸฃ She received her doctorate in viruses of tortoises from the Jusus Liebig University and her habilitation in Environmental and Animal Hygiene and Veterinary Virology from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, Germany.

๐ŸŸฃ Rachel is a diplomate of the European College of Zoological Medicine (ECZM) in herpetological medicine as well as a certified specialist for microbiology (FTร„ Mikrobiologie).
๐ŸŸฃ She is a past president of The Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians (ARAV) and the current president of the ECZM.
๐ŸŸฃ She is currently working as a consultant veterinarian for reptile diagnostics at Laboklin GmbH & Co. KG in Bad Kissingen, Germany, and as an adjunct professor (Privatdozentin) at the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, Germany.

Dr Laetitia Jaillardon is a veterinary clinical pathologist based in the National Veterinary School of Nantes (France). She is an assistant professor in clinical pathology since 2017.

๐ŸŸฃ She is also the head of a clinical pathology laboratory dealing with approximately 50 000 analyses per year, including a large proportion of endocrinology in all species.

Joลพko Raฤnik, dr. vet. med., PhD, dipECZM (Wildlife Population Health) is an Associate Professor, and Head of Clinic for Birds, Small Mammals, and Reptiles at Veterinary faculty, University of Ljubljana.

๐ŸŸฃ He is a Slovenian specialist in veterinary medicine of birds, small mammals, and reptiles and an EBVSยฎ European Veterinary Specialist in Wildlife Population Health.

๐ŸŸฃ Joลพko has 20 years of clinical and teaching experience with wild and exotic animals, mainly birds, small mammals, and reptiles. His primary research interests include clinical veterinary medicine and emerging diseases of exotic pets and wild birds.

๐Ÿ“ŒJoลพko Raฤnik will be holding his lectures on , on October 7th, 2022.
