FSBO Costa Rica Real Estate

My name is Rebecca Wheeler and, with my husband of 40 years, have lived in Costa Rica since 2005. My background is marketing and this service developed as a result of friends, or friends of friends, asking me to assist in selling their properties here in Costa Rica. What I discovered is that although there are qualified and a few good real estate brokers and agents in Costa Rica who list hundreds of properties, sellers have decided to sell their properties themselves; they lacked, however, the online or marketing expertise to do so. Thus, for full transparency sake, I am not a realtor. As a business owner myself with a propensity for learning and researching different markets, I do understand Costa Rica Real Estate. My internet-based business includes assisting small business owners and real estate owners to market their FSBO (for-sale-by-owner) properties in Costa Rica. I represent only sellers who have been referred by people whom I know or whom I know personally and whose property represents a fair/realistic asking price. And that the property is presented with integrity and honesty. Commitment to Buyers: providing prospective buyers selected properties that are legal, well maintained and priced fairly. And to answer any initial questions of the properties.
