🇵🇹 This National Portugal Day, we’re celebrating a story that has long been part of ours.

At Goa Nights, our cuisine is rooted in India, with subtle influences from Goa – a region shaped by centuries of cultural exchange between Portugal and India. That legacy travelled far beyond Goa, influencing culinary traditions across the world, including Macau’s own Macanese heritage.

To mark the occasion, we’re spotlighting some of our Portuguese dishes alongside cocktails inspired by Vasco da Gama’s historic voyage from Lisbon to Goa. Each cocktail represents a stop along the spice route, and while you may already know them by name, this Portugal Day we invite you to discover the journey behind them — swipe to follow the route.
