Printing heat-sensitive films on a stack flexo press — without a water-cooled roller?

This is a common challenge for many flexographic printers working with shrink films and other temperature-sensitive substrates.

Our UV LED curing system, engineered specifically for stack-type flexo presses, offers a practical solution.
With a custom air-cooled mounting bracket, cooling airflow is actively directed onto the substrate surface during curing, helping to reduce surface temperature and protect the material — even when no water-cooled chill roller is available.
