Stella comes from Henan province. She’s been with the company for a year in the cold kitchen. She bakes the sourdough rolls you love and helped create the buns for those delicious hotdogs you will crave from BOR. On top of that, she is a dessert master

Mona is from Jiangsu province and has been with the company since 2014. She is one of the smiling faces you’ll see running around as part of our morning front of house team. She’s a super mom of two who makes a mean cappuccino.

Meet Nicky. Originally from Anhui, he’s a loyal member of our team and has been with the company for 10 years. Nicky is Kasper’s right-hand man, and as head chef, he is an integral part of the behind-the-scenes magic. The BOR kitchen relies on his calm and focused demeanour with a good dose of humour @ Shanghai, China
