Redispersible polymer powder(RDP) produced by spray-drying special water-based emulsion, mostly based on vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE),

and then obtained a free flowing organic polymer powder. It can re-disperse in water, and form a film after water evaporation by

coalescence of individual polymer particles. The film acts as an organic binder, to glue together different substrates, reinforce

mortar structure and provide excellent adhesion at cement or gypsum based dry mixed mortar substrate interface.

Dispersible polymeric powders can improve the bond strength and cohesion of mortars.

As an organic binder, our redispersible polymer powder can form films with high tensile and adhesive strength on different substrates, thereby improving the impact resistance, durability and abrasion resistance of mortars .

Dispibe redispersible polymer powders are manufactured by spray drying macromolecular copolymer dispersions under carefully defined conditions. They are mainly used to improve cohesion, adhesion and flexibility in constructions especially in drymix mortar.

Redispersible Emulsion powder is a powder binder made from a special emulsion (high molecular polymer) spray-dried.
This powder can be quickly dispersed to form an emulsion after solving into water, and has the same properties as the initial emulsion, that is, a film can be formed after the water evaporates. This film has high flexibility, high weather resistance and good adhesion to various material, is an essential functional additive for dry-mix mortar.

RDP powder substitutes are products. A water-soluble redispersible powder. It is a new type of synthetic rubber powder. It is easily soluble in water and forms an emulsion quickly. Its chemical properties are the same as the original emulsion. It has good bond strength, excellent alkali resistance, weather resistance, freeze-thaw resistance and excellent flexibility at low temperature.
