Bella Vista Haven | Sydney Residential Façade
Bella Vista Haven is a residential apartment project in Sydney, featuring approx. 3,000 sqm of façade works.
For this project, we adopted a dual Window Wall system strategy (Series 100 + Series 150) to better align façade performance with architectural requirements while maintaining construction efficiency.
Our scope included system definition, engineering coordination, fabrication, and installation support, ensuring a fully integrated façade delivery process.
The project was completed in compliance with Australian façade standards.
