Our proposal for the Urban Confluence Silicon Valley competition. It was chosen by the community panel as one of the preferred schemes but was alternately not selected as the winner. The design incorporated a lot of community focused ideas which we hope can be used in the future on a realized project.

ZAI receives honorable mention for it's entry in the Mexico Emergency Housing Competition.

The competition calls for the design of an affordable housing prototype that costs under $1500USD.
