Role Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and creative Communication Officer to join our team! If you love connecting with people, crafting engaging stories, and promoting positive change in the community, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
📢 Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Droplets58’s mission and activities.
✍️ Create compelling content for our website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
🤝 Build and maintain relationships with partners, media, and the public.
📈 Monitor media coverage and analyze communication campaigns.
🗣️ Represent Droplets58 at events and meetings (online and offline).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven skills as a content creator—able to craft engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for diverse audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus!).
Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
Creativity, teamwork, and a passion for making a difference in the tech community.
Previous experience in a nonprofit or tech environment is an advantage.
