Job Overview:

Felicity Company Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Commercial Agent, aged between 25 and 32, to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in sales of IT services, IT equipment, corporate training, and related services. As a Commercial Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Present and promote our IT services, equipment, and corporate training solutions to customers and negotiate contracts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Female, aged between 25 and 32 years.

- Bachelor degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales of IT services, IT equipment, corporate training, or related services.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
