Tips for preparing huckleberry

* Check your Blood Pressure (BP) every week
* Check your fasting blood sugar (FBS) every week
* Screen for other complications once every three months
* Limit salt and Maggi in food preparation
* Consume a lot of vegetables everyday
* Drink 2 - 3 L of water every day and avoid drinking large quantities at a go.
* Your plate should be balance (it should constitute all the six food groups)
* People suffering from other complications such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney failure etc should consult a Dietician for a meal plan
* Minimum of 30mins of exercise in a day

The shortest distance from point A to point B is a straight line. Many people are moving in circles following body goals. Some practice low fat diet, vigorous exercises, etc just at the end of the day, they find themselves becoming what the hate when the energy to continue is no longer there.
