Do you feel caught up in your life when looking at your To-Do list? Feeling constrained by work, time and energy? On vacation, you feel great, your relationship is harmonious and you are enjoying your life but once you get back into your daily life your work consumes your time and energy? You think that this is life and that it is ok.
But what if there was another possibility?
What I know to be true is this: If you don’t start to bring balance in your personal and professional life, you’ll either end up unhappy, ill or both.
Even more, if you don’t take action now you will stay where you are right now in your life. Chances are high that one day you will regret that you were not courageous enough to live free and unconstrained.
When I was a kid, I saw my dad struggle to balance his life. He was great at his job and he did everything for his kids but he “forgot” to take care of himself. It was really, really hard as a kid to watch my own dad being exhausted and often trying to handle everything on his own. Especially when he experienced first health issues. Only a couple of years later I was sitting next to him when he passed away.
From my dad’s struggles and my own experiences, I learned how crucial it is to balance all areas of life. And yes, we have the right to be fulfilled in all areas, we don’t need to suffer. If you are really great in your work but are struggling in your relationship, with your health or are lacking energy & time to do the things that you love you will never feel truly free, successful and happy. Maybe you think now that’s life, but I’m here to show you it’s not.
Imagine you being a living example for your kids, your employees, friends and colleagues and just by living the way you live you inspire them and show them new possibilities.

💥 First, you need to get out of the hamster wheel that you are currently in. As long as you live that way, nothing will change. Your mind and body are on autopilot and in survival mode. How often do you get up and start your day with power & joy? How often do you reflect on what you want to model for your kids? Never to not often, right? How do you want to live your best life if you don’t do that? And how do you want to be the best dad, partner or leader if you are not living your best life? Currently you live a life that you have been living for so long that just happens automatically. Limited to what you know and limited to what you have experienced. And please - don’t get me wrong, this is not to judge, this is to wake you up!
💥 You need to open up your mind to new possibilities. Your mind has led you to where you are right now in your life. And there is nothing wrong with that. But if you want to be fit, if you want to live your purpose and be free and successful in all areas of your life, you need to take action from a different level of mind. Makes sense right?
💥 You need someone who shows you how to do this. You may think now that you can just do it by yourself. And yes, you might be able to do it by yourself. But it will take a lot of time, effort and energy. Think about this for a moment - if it was easy and you saw that possibility, you would have done it already. Wouldn’t you? So, how would it feel if you were happy and successful in all areas of your life? To an extent that you could not have imagined…

𝐖𝐢𝐞 𝐝𝐮 𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐯𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐭 💥
Du hattest eine Panikattacke oder ein anderes einschneidendes Erlebnis und hast seitdem Angst dich wieder in eine ähnliche Situation zu begeben. Und, du hast Angst vor der Angst.
Hier erfährst du, wie du deine Angst verlierst und wieder befreit durchs Leben gehst. 💃
Denn seitdem bremst dich was im Leben. Du tust bestimmte Dinge nicht, die Erinnerung daran und die Sorge und die Angst, was passieren könnte schwirrt viel zu oft irgendwo in deinem Kopf. Das macht es schwer komplett frei und unbeschwert zu leben.
Das Problem ist, wenn du dich dem nicht stellst wird es dich immer mehr und immer länger zurückhalten und ausbremsen. Ist das nicht crazy, dass EIN Erlebnis eine so tiefe Wirkung auf dein Leben hat?
Ich weiß wie das ist. Ich habe es selber erlebt. Und habe es auch wieder gewendet. Daher weiß ich, dass du das auch kannst. Und ich zeig dir ganz genau wie. Ich geb dir alles, was ich dabei gelernt habe und was es mir erlaubt hat, mich davon zu befreien. Und eins kann ich dir sagen, es war sicher nicht nur einfach Meditation oder ein paar Kräuter. Diese drei Punkte sind dabei für dich super wichtig:
✨ Durch die Panikattacke und das ständige darüber nachdenken ist dein Körper komplett aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten. Er produziert Stresshormone, obwohl er eigentlich nur daheim sitzt. Das Gehirn denkt viel öfter in „was, wenn das wieder passiert?“ oder in Situationen in denen du dir früher nichts dachtest „Was wenn dies oder jenes passiert?“.
Du musst deinen Körper wieder sicher fühlen lassen. Seit der Panikattacke ist er ständig auf der Hut, befürchtet, dass etwas passiert. Vielleicht wurdest du sogar vom absoluten Optimisten zu „was könnte passieren?“. Nicht, dass du dich bewusst dafür entschieden hast, aber es war eine Reaktion deines Körpers. Zu deinem Schutz. Doch der Preis den du dafür bezahlst ist definitiv zu hoch. Oder nicht? Was machst du deswegen nicht? Und was machst du deswegen nur mit angezogener Handbremse? Und was kannst du deswegen weniger genießen? Ganz schön krass oder?
Ich dachte nach meiner Panikattacke immer, mit entsprechendem Denken bekomme ich das hin. Das hat nur bedingt geholfen. Das A und O war es, meinen Körper sicher fühlen zu lassen und in der Lage zu sein das selbst zu steuern. Gib deine Power nicht länger an irgendwas im Außen – hol sie dir zurück.
✨ Wenn du dann gelernt hast, wie du deinen Körper sicher fühlen lassen kannst, ist es an der Zeit das zu nutzen und dich den Situationen zu stellen. Sagen wir du hattest z.B. beim Autofahren eine Panikattacke und vermeidest seitdem das Autofahren oder hast – wenn du fährst – oft ein ungutes Gefühl. Du musst lernen, dich wieder ins Auto setzen zu können und dich dabei sicher zu fühlen. Das kann eine große Herausforderung sein, aber es ist möglich.
✨ Das Gute ist, du musst nicht alleine durch. Wenn du nämlich ins Auto steigst und nicht weißt wie du deinen Körper sicher fühlen lassen kannst, besteht die Gefahr dass du wieder eine Erfahrung machst, in der du im Auto Angst hast. Und das ist absolut kontraproduktiv.
Ich zeige dir, wie du in einer Angstsituation das Ruder hältst und nicht der Angst zum Opfer fällst. Und ich helfe dir, dich langsam Schritt für Schritt den Ängsten zu stellen.
So heilst du nicht nur deine Angst sondern du siehst, wozu DU fähig bist. Es stärkt das Vertrauen in DICH und ins Leben.

𝗪𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗬 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘? ✨
You have a really good life and sometimes it feels like something is not quite right or is missing. There are these moments where you feel this inner emptiness. Especially when you experience a moment where you think you should be totally happy – but you realize you are not. And often you don’t really want to admit it. You’re trying to convince yourself that all is great.
Do you want to know how you can change this?
There is one thing that has the power to shift that. This is the base for a deeply and truly happy and free life. It is definitely not a quick fix but it is the biggest gift you can make to yourself.
It is your heart.
What do I mean by this?
That once you connect with your heart AND you live your life from there, you’ll experience true joy and fulfillment. Otherwise your head, your old patterns and emotions will continue to be in the driver’s seat of your life and you don’t live your own truth, your deepest desires and your wildest dreams. You don’t FEEL life.
I used to have a secure job with a good salary, a relationship and basically all I needed in my life. It wasn’t bad, but I was definitely not fulfilled and truly happy. What I didn’t realize at that time was, that I was playing small & safe, I was living a lot from my head, allowing fears and worries to hold me back. And the solution was my heart.
My clients learn how they can live from their heart and they are empowered and guided on their journey.
This is how you can get there:
✨ Learning how to connect with your heart.
You need to make time for that. Start feeling your heart, listening to it, being with it. This will allow you to be with your emotions and to really get familiar with yourself in a very loving way. You will have so much more compassion, kindness and love for yourself. That no matter what is going on in your life you don’t make yourself small because you can connect to your heart, to your truth and then you can live from there. There are very simple ways how we can connect with our heart – I can show you easily.
✨ Start living from there.
This does not mean that old thoughts, emotions or patterns will not arise anymore.
It means that, even if there is fear you take action – from your heart and your power.
Even if there is the feeling of I am not good enough you are able to connect to your worth and greatness and act from there.
Even if there is doubt, you connect to your heart and your highest knowing and then you act from there.
This allows us to make different experiences and step by step change the programs that run the show in our life.
It is a continuous process. It takes awareness - every day.
It takes commitment, courage, energy, and a will.
And it will set you free.
There is nothing wrong with going on a retreat, doing some cacao ceremonies or doing yoga.
And if you want true transformation it comes by living from your heart and taking action from there- day by day. But you don’t have to do it alone.
✨ You want to have someone who guides you on that journey.
Not someone who tells you what to do.
Not someone who tells you what is right or wrong.
But someone who guides you so that you can find your own truth, so that you can connect to your heart and so that you can start living your truth and your authentic life.
Someone who holds space for you, who holds you accountable, who sees you in your highest version and who already walks that path.
The people I work with make experiences that they never felt before. They do not only live by their heart, but they develop so much more compassion and patience for themselves. They know how to navigate through challenging emotions. They start to love themselves a bit more every day. This was a deep turning point on my own journey and so it is for my clients.
