The S H E D D I N G
The release of old identities, traumas, and habits that no longer fit the person you are becoming.

The S T I L L N E S S
The "Winter" of the soul. A time of deep internal recalibration where outwardly it looks like nothing is happening, but inwardly, everything is shifting.

The E M E R G E N C E
The first tender buds of new energy. Fragile, fresh, and best fiercely protected and carefully nourished.

The R A D I E N C E
Coming home to your vitality. When the mind, body, and spirit finally speak the same language of health.

A Note from the TRANSFORMA Archives 📜
In 2017, one of my very first posts shared was a fave quote I had discovered in my early twenties reading Lao Tzu:

"Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished."

I still love this quote. Remembering it makes my heart grin. As the years pass, these wisdoms become embodied and start resting easy in the archives of the soul. They become the steady ground I center back to, the wisdom I carry within me and the energy I share with my patients.
