Six tracks were recorded in Berlin under the guidance of German producer Flo Nowak (War From a Harloths Mouth, Itchy Poopzkid, Jennifer Rostock). During the recording of Feed Yourself a lot of focus was put on the interaction and chemistry of and within the band; in order to emphasize their live sound, attitude and energy were favoured over studio-sweetening and digital refinement.
