We excited to share the results of our most recent collaboration with OECD and AARP. The Longevity Readiness Tool is designed to help organizations strengthen their approach to an aging workforce. The combination of a questionnaire and data explorer allows employers to benchmark practices across recruitment, retention, training, job quality, and health, and identify where action is needed to support longer, more productive working lives. https://www.longevity-readiness.oecd.org

Innovation Days 2026: Micro Seasons. An interactive visualization of Japan's 72 micro seasons, replacing static calendars with a contemporary experience. The project links seasons to natural phenomena and compares Japanese patterns with Swiss climate data.

Innovation Days 2026: Data Visualization MCP. An experiment bringing data visualization tools directly into LLM chat applications using MCP App and web components. Users can create and explore visualizations without leaving their chat interface, integrating data analysis into conversational workflows.

Innovation Days 2026: Code Connect. Exploring automation between design systems and production code. By aligning design assets and tokens with their implementation, this project reduces inconsistencies and ensures what's designed translates accurately into code.

Innovation Days 2026: Dynamic Posters. Data-driven posters displayed on a multi-color e-ink screen in our studio. The posters rotate through a playlist managed via a dedicated web app, creating an ambient data visualization that brings our space to life.

We just wrapped our annual Innovation Days—two and a half days where we hit pause on client work to explore, experiment, and build together. This year's focus: AI-Leveraged Data Visualization. Teams across the studio collaborated on self-initiated projects, testing new tools and techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible when AI meets data storytelling. More project spotlights coming soon.
