As a staffing partner in Switzerland working closely with the IT sector, we see firsthand the impact women have across technology from engineering and product development to cybersecurity, data, and digital leadership.

In Switzerland, women represent only about 18% of the ICT workforce. That is why we are especially proud that 25.9% of our ICT workforce are women, a reflection of our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Today is about every woman building a career, leading families, driving innovation, supporting communities, and shaping the future!

📢 We're excited to announce that RM Group has a new home in Berlin Mitte!

Our new office is smaller, but better suited to our current needs as many of our employees continue to work from home. This move allows us to be more resource-efficient ♻️ and reduce our environmental impact. 🌱

We're also thrilled to be located right on Alexanderplatz, with great amenities and easy access to public transportation. We can't wait to see what the future holds for RM Group in our new location!

🌍🌱 At RM Group, we take our responsibility towards the seriously. We are proud to report that our company already has a comparatively low level of CO2 emissions compared to others. Nonetheless, we recognize that there is still room for improvement, that's why we have taken a step towards by financially offsetting our CO2 emissions through myclimate for 2022, especially those of our flights and we also received a certificate for it.

In the future, we aim to reduce our ecological footprint even further and keep air travel to a minimum. Our target is to compensate 100% of all our travel emissions by 2024, and we believe that it is essential to take action now to contribute to a greener future.
