To Win Some

Christian community and friendship is essential to the Christian life. Nurturing friendship with other believers means we will always have someone there to lift us up when we fall. Tag your friend who is there with you through it all.

“Joy, peace, and hope are three marks of a Christian, and this verse shows the way in which they are intermingled. Joy, peace, and hope all come from God, by the power of his Holy Spirit. Paul writes this verse as a blessing and a prayer over his readers, including today’s believer.”

Let us stand firm in the freedom Christ has given us. Through faithfulness and obedience to Jesus, we are able to lead a Christian life without being subject to the obligations of religious rituals or ceremonies. The law has been fulfilled by love.

Regarding the last two weeks and the question… If you were to ask me, Kevin, what is the third verse that you have quoted the most in your life, what would it be? My answer would be Mark 10:45.

For you personally -what does it mean to seek after God?

I ask you, How do you know if you are growing closer to God or further from Him?

May we remember that it is called a body of Christ for a reason. Let us not forget those suffering in other parts of the world and those who do not yet know Christ.

Perhaps the greatest calling in life is to seek God first.

Not what we do, but what God has done.
