My question changed. No longer: how do I avoid the price? But: which price am I willing to pay?
تغيّر سؤالي. لم يعد: كيف أتجنب الثمن؟ بل: أي ثمن أنا مستعدة لدفعه؟

The most visible form of the price was not in the events themselves but in the fear that accompanied them.
أكثر أشكال الثمن وضوحًا لم يكن في الأحداث نفسها، بل في الخوف الذي يرافقها.

The price does not come all at once it accumulates: small decisions, simple delays, concessions that seem bearable.
الثمن لا يأتي دفعة واحدة، بل يتراكم: قرارات صغيرة، تأجيلات بسيطة، تنازلات تبدو محتملة.

Leadership is not measured by the boldness of a decision but by the ability to stand behind it.
القيادة لا تُقاس بجرأة القرار، بل بالقدرة على الوقوف خلفه.

Do not wait for fear to disappear. Learn to move despite its presence.
لا تنتظري أن يختفي الخوف، بل تعلّمي أن تتحركي رغم وجوده.

Strength is not in keeping everything going it is in having built it in the first place.
القوة ليست في أن يستمر كل شيء، بل في أنكِ وصلتِ إليه من الأساس.

A voice is not given it is taken when you have something worth saying.
