DigitArena is a R&D focused startup in the field of broadcast engineering and computer generated graphics.

The company is located in Martigny and is part of The Ark incubation program in the Idiap research center.

Our main development is a live broadcast virtual reality platform able to change banner advertisement directly into the camera feed.

We are looking for development engineers with core competencies in Computer Vision, broadcast technology, video servers, CG graphics, VR, Satcom.

The core research is performed by the Idiap research center and the development team liaise with the Idiap and deliver the development part of the R&D process.

Our engineering team is growing and we are looking for:

Highly capable and driven individuals with a passion in image processing/computer vision
2 years development in a field related to broadcast engineering and computer graphics

As a software engineer, you will be responsible to:

Develop & Test the product, based on Idiap core components
Integrate the modules into a live broadcast workflow
Integrate the core broadcast and satcom components
Produce detailed documentation about your work.

Your core skills:

MS/PhD in Computer Engineering/Science or other related fields with a focus on Computer Vision and/or Broadcast engineering
Experienced with OpenCV and CUDA is a plus
Experienced with OpenTK / OpenGL is a plus
Excellent programming skills in C/C++
Strong written and technical communication skills
Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System
2 Minimum years of experience in field
English mandatory, French an asset.
