1. Unitization of One Touch Push Lock Clamps

The One Touch Push Lock Clamps , which can incorporate a locking mechanism for any application, however, require mounting hardware tailored to the installation location.
We therefore decided to also offer them as pre-assembled unit components for specific uses, ready for immediate installation. Designed for immediate use with indicator k**bs from our lineup.
Simply rotate the lever 90° to secure spindles. Ideal for locking after feed adjustments, such as table travel or guide width adjustments using indicators.

2. Upgrade to Spring-loaded Work Supports

Spring-loaded workpiece supports have long been a good choice for preventing chatter and deformation during machining. Now featuring a new type with a ball screw equipped with anti-reversal functionality.
The ball screw that holds the piston supporting the workpiece is now available in an anti-rotation type. This prevents accidental reversal of the hemispherical tip, allowing for more reliable use in any operating environment.
