The 500. Fiat Launched as the Nuova (new) 500 in July 1957. it was an inexpensive and practical small car. Measuring 2.97 meters (9 feet 9 inches) long, and originally powered by a 479 cc two-cylinder, air-cooled engine. In 1959, Dante Giacosa received a Compasso d'Oro industrial design prize for the Fiat 500.

The Rolex Submariner. Why did I choose to show you this watch? I know everything has already been saying about it. However, This is the watch the most recognizable around the globe. The Submariner has evolved from the first launch until 2020 with a few changes across its history. Maybe that's why this watch is so known, even by people that are not “watch enthusiasts”.

I had the big pleasure to be part of an interview with two school classes (8H level) from the Fribourg canton! I was very surprised by their curiosity about the product design and how an object is created from the beginning to the final product.🧒👦 I had to answer very funny questions! 😅 but very well thought as well for their age! These products are a mix between knowledge know-how and empirical tests. People underestimate the amount of work behind a product. Product design is a long journey. An accumulation of experiences years after years to found the right way to do it right.

This Atmos designed by Luigi Colani with especially for the inauguration of the new building dedicated to the atmos factory at La Vallée de Joux.
One of my favorite Atmos because Colani did a great job in terms of design integration and really serve the brand instead of exposing himself as a designer "Star".
