💪Hier sind wir wieder mit einem weiteren oberkörperfreien Foto, weil ich nichts Interessanteres zu zeigen habe. Alles, was ich habe, sind anständige Muskeln und ein kleines Gehirn 😂. ABER es ist eine weitere Chance, RRS STRENGTH und seine Einzigartigkeit zu repräsentieren.

Before vs. After X-mas Holidays 🤙 +3kg. Of what? 🤔
If you, like me, let yourself go from the strict diet during your xMas holidays and gained some mass, don't worry too much!
There are 2 possibilites:
1️⃣ If you ate a few hundreds more calories for 4 to 5 days, even a week, what you see it's probably water gain.
Solution: just get back to your previous kcal count and mantain it for 10/14 days to re-assess your metabolism and continue your plan!
2️⃣ If you ate a few thousands more calories for over 2 weeks it might be definetly fat accumulation. If the damage is not extremely severe you can resolve it with the same method above and if not consider a mini cut on a little caloric deficit for a few weeks to compensate before going back to the plan.
I wouldn't take the damage too seriously psychologically for the worth that it has, because for sure we deserved a lot of panettone and free count delicious sweets and whatever if year around we are strict to the mission!
