Yoga makes me happy 🧡

Falling sick for a whole month with ups and downs because of Typhoid is really mentally & physically exhausting. Can’t wait to get better and return to my full physical capacity and be able to do yoga for long hours without getting tired!

Yoga isn’t just a practice for me; it’s my life. There’s nothing quite like the joy of being fully present in an asana, feeling every breath, and embracing the moment🧘‍♀️💗
