What if the future of computing isn’t about making computers faster, but making them fundamentally different?

Quantum computers use qubits, superposition, entanglement and interference to tackle certain problems in ways that classical computers simply can’t. While the technology is still evolving, it has the potential to transform fields ranging from healthcare and finance to logistics and materials science.

As quantum technologies advance, International Standards will play a critical role in building the common foundations needed for interoperability, trust and global collaboration.

🔍 Curious about how quantum computers work and why they matter? Read the full article now at the link in our bio.

Happy World Environment Day! 🌱

Good conversations create good partnerships, which lies at the heart of ISO’s work.

Today, ISO colleagues joined the Geneva Environment Network, connecting with organizations from across the international community to discuss climate action and sustainability.

It was a valuable opportunity for colleagues to learn from the experiences and perspectives of other organizations, while also sharing how International Standards can help drive progress.

Thank you to our hosts at the Geneva Environment Network and everyone who took part! We look forward to continuing the conversation.
