Since smart contracts handle and transfer assets of considerable value, besides their correct ex*****on it is also crucial that their implementation is against attacks that aim at stealing or tampering the assets. Motivated by the known security and recurring financial losses due to smart contract vulnerabilities, in this presentation, we will review the field of of smart contract programming and provide a comprehensive taxonomy of all known security issues.
