ADAPTABILITY vs ACCEPTANCE
With average daily temperatures over 31*C, it’s been a very hot week here in Geneva.
The kind of week that requires adaptation.
Extra water.
Extra patience.
Several showers a day.
A slower pace.
To make things more interesting, we’re also having yet another full-day water shutdown in our building while repair works continue.
So you adapt.
You make alternative arrangements.
You work around the inconvenience.
You do what is necessary until things return to normal.
And it got me thinking.
Most of us are remarkably adaptable when circumstances are temporary.
A heatwave.
A disruption.
An unexpected challenge.
We adjust and carry on.
But what happens when adaptation quietly turns into acceptance.
◻️ Acceptance of a life that no longer excites us.
◻️ Acceptance of dreams placed permanently on hold.
◻️ Acceptance of routines that no longer reflect who we are becoming.
◻️ Acceptance of a version of ourselves that was built for a previous chapter.
Years pass.
Then one day you catch your reflection in the mirror and wonder - where did SHE go?
The curious girl.
The ambitious woman.
The one who believed there was more life to live, more places to explore, more possibilities to experience.
Reinvention often begins with a simple question - what have I accepted as permanent that was only ever meant to be temporary?
Because there is a profound difference between adapting to your circumstances and surrendering your life and future to them.

Who is the TRUE WOMAN inside you?
Do you even remember HER anymore?
Before the roles.
Before the expectations.
Before becoming the capable one.
Before becoming who everyone needed you to be.
The woman with desires that felt alive.
Dreams that felt personal.
A voice that wasn’t constantly negotiating itself.
Many women quietly lose connection with HER over the years.
Not dramatically. Gradually.
Through responsibility.
Performance.
Adapting.
Over-functioning.
Becoming exceptionally good at holding life together.
Until one day they realise the life still works…
but something inside them feels emotionally absent from it.
Maybe reinvention begins there.
Not in becoming someone new.
But in reconnecting with the woman who has been waiting underneath it all.

I’m not a fan of horror movies but recently, I watched two versions of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein.
An amazing interpretation by Guillermo del Toro, with the deeply moving performance of the beautiful and sensitive Creature by Jacob Elordi.
The second one was Kenneth Brannagh’s version with Robert De Niro portraying the ruggered, monstrously stitched up Creature.
I never really knew the real story because I never read the book. My only image of Frankenstein dated back to Boris Karloff’s robotic and monosyllabic ‘Monster’.
I now understand that Frankenstein is not really a horror story but a human story of belonging, being loved, accepted, abandoned and, above all, of true identity.
Most of us spend years constructing and ‘stitching’ together different versions of ourselves.
We build identities to survive. To be valuable. Respected. To succeed. To belong. To be loved.
Different versions of the woman that you were required to be.
The capable woman.
The strong woman.
The successful woman.
The woman who keeps everything together.
And over time, that identity becomes rewarded. Socially validated. Professionally useful.
People know us through it. Respect us through it. Need us through it.
Until one day - the woman inside no longer recognises what she built.
A day when something deeper starts calling.
Sometimes quietly through restlessness or dissatisfaction.
Sometimes through a sudden and painful rupture -
◽️ redundancy
◽️ divorce
◽️ burnout
◽️ loss
◽️ health scare
◽️ business collapse
A moment where the life that once fit - suddenly doesn’t.
And that’s the real beginning of reinvention. Not becoming someone else. But returning to the parts of ourselves that got buried underneath survival, expectation, performance and belonging.
The older I get, the more I realise that many women are not living as themselves.
Like Frankenstein, they are living as identities assembled over decades to feel safe, valuable and accepted.
Until the day their soul starts asking questions their identity can no longer answer.
This is the work of reinvention – not destroying parts of yourself but returning to your true essence.

The Met Gala Is a Performance - Your Life Was Never Meant To Be.
Every year, the Met Gala gives us an amazing spectacle.
Fantasy. Exaggeration. Performance.
People step onto the carpet as characters - bold, dramatic, sometimes unrecognisable.
And it works. Because for one night, the more outrageous you are, the more attention you get.
Safe is invisible and ignorable. Original is remembered and viral.
But here’s what we don’t talk about. They all take it off.
The next morning, the costume is gone. The fantasy identity dissolves. And they return to themselves.
However, most women don’t. Not consciously - but slowly. Over time, they build identities to belong.
To succeed. To be accepted. To be chosen.
They become who the room requires or what the environment expects them to be. And then, they maintain it.
At any cost.
Until something breaks.
A rupture. A loss. Exhaustion and emptiness they can no longer ignore.
And then, suddenly… they don’t know who they are without the performance.
This is the moment most women go looking for more.
More strategy. More answers. More ways to ‘fix’ themselves.
But this isn’t a strategy problem. It’s an identity one.
You don’t need another version of the mask. You need to remember the woman underneath it.
The one who existed before the performance. The one who knows. The one who’s been patiently waiting.
Reinvention doesn’t start with doing more - it starts with truth.
Stripping back. Reconnecting. Rebuilding from something real.
Because the life you’re trying to create next, cannot be built on a ‘costume’.
The Met Gala lasts one night but some women live in their costume for decades.
And that’s where the real cost begins.
If you’re at the point where success no longer feels like you, or you don’t recognize yourself without the role – it’s time for identity-led reinvention.

Strange how you can build your whole life around ‘trust’…
and still not trust yourself.
That’s the work I’ve been doing and the work I now dedicate myself to for other women.
Are you ready to start trusting yourself?

Silence doesn’t always mean… inactivity.
It can look like stepping away.
But sometimes, you need to clear the noise, sit with yourself and let what’s next become clear.
Not everything powerful is visible.

EVEN SOVEREIGNS TAKE TIME OUT
Reinvention asks a lot of us.
Reflection. Honesty. Invisible inner work no one sees.
But it also asks something we often forget.
To soften. To breathe. To just be.
Not every moment is meant for depth. Not every day is meant for transformation.
Some days are meant for lightness.
A walk by the lake.
A slow coffee.
A deep laugh that takes us by surprise.
A moment that asks nothing of you… except to enjoy it.
Because reinvention is not a straight line.
It is a spiral.
And spirals expand not just through intensity but also through ease.
So today, before you dive back into becoming, let’s -
🌿 Go outside.
🏃🏻♀️➡️ Move our body.
🧘♀️ Follow what feels good.
And listen to the little girl within you - the one who didn’t need a reason to feel joy.
She still knows the way.
The Spiral continues - but today, we soften and smile.

To the outside world, my visibility this year has been low.
Judging by the number of posts on my social media accounts, I could easily be classified as ‘non-active’.
I’m sure, as far as the algorithms are concerned - I’ve likely been placed at the bottom of the rung of ‘content worth showing.’
But life is not subject to algorithms.
It follows its own path. Its own pace. Its own purpose.
And those require space.
It’s easy to follow rules, roadmaps and other people’s strategies. But eventually, we all come back to our own rhythm. Our own path.
And we are all at different stages of our evolution.
For those of us with a burning desire for growth, reinvention is not a one-off event. It is a continual elevation of identity and standards.
A spiral. A never-ending movement of rising into our sovereignty.
And it requires work.
Raw inner work. Reflection. Introspection. Reconnection. Trust.
Qualities that cannot be rushed and cannot be accessed in constant noise.
Before we can be publicly ‘authentic’ and speak our ‘truth’, we need to truly know ourselves.
Who we are at the core. Who we are ready to become. What we truly want from our next chapter.
Today, at 62, I feel like I am just stepping into the most incredible chapter of my life.
I feel excited. Inspired. Ignited.
And ready to share my work with women who recognise themselves in this journey.
Not only through my logical, lawyer’s lens - but through lived experience. Because lived experience is not built by chasing algorithmic approval.
It is built by knowing yourself, trusting yourself and rising through what life has asked of you or challenged you with.
For the woman seeking her next evolution - reinvention is a spiral. And each of us must walk it in our own way, in our own time.
And when you are ready - I am here to walk it with you.
Stop observing your evolution – start leading it!

We’re taught to believe that change happens once.
That you 👉 decide 👉 take action 👉 arrive
And then… you’re done.
But real transformation doesn’t work like that. Because you are not static. You are an ever-evolving being.
Reinvention is a Spiral of Becoming.
You don’t ‘fix’ your life once. You meet yourself again… and again… and again…
Each time at a deeper level of truth, power and self-trust.
Sometimes it feels like you’re going backwards.
But you’re not. You’re just meeting the same edge and resistance at a higher level.
This is the journey I guide women through -
➡️ From Success - what you built
➡️ To Sovereignty - who you choose to become
A spiral journey where you -
🌟 release old identities
🌟 reconnect to your truth
🌟 redefine what success means
🌟 embody your next level
🌟 and rise again - differently
I’ve lived this.
From building success that looked right on the outside… to realising it no longer felt like mine.
And choosing to reinvent - not once… but over and over again.
So if right now you feel like you’re -
👉 outgrowing your current life
👉 questioning what’s next, or
👉 looping through the same patterns
You’re not stuck or broken - you’re evolving.
And this spiral might be exactly what you’re moving through right now.
Welcome to the Reinvention Spiral.

Are you ready for your Renaissance?
Easter is a story of rising.
Not just historically. But symbolically.
A reminder that endings are not the end.
They are preparation.
For something new to emerge.
Not a new life but a truer one.
This is your invitation to rise from who you’ve been…
Into who you already feel yourself becoming.
Not later. Now.
