The F’s Format I wanted to write about my life and my days, simply and sincerely. So, I have come up with a -F- pattern. No, not that F!

I write because I process life through words and sentences. I write because writing pushes me to learn and listen and love better. So, I send a little e-mail post weekly to my friends ( you are welcome to subscribe if you like) is free and open to all. Below is what I write about every week. 😍🌼

Your children are the greatest gift God will give to you, and their souls the heaviest responsibility He will place in your hands. Take time with them, teach them to have faith in God. In our -far -from -perfect- family, we are free to disagree, say no, be persistent and (🤪) There is rules and rewards like with any relationship… still we try to keep it simple

Listen to one another feelings and thoughts/ideas.
No harsh disrespectful words
No nice words with angry faces
Say you're sorry and please and Thank you
Accept apologies with a "thank you" (as opposed to "okay," which can sound frosty)

Clean jokes and play with each other often.

Keep it simple - love always

Forgiveness is not about forgetting. It is about letting go of another person's throat......Forgiveness does not create a relationship. Unless people speak the truth about what they have done and change their mind and behavior, a relationship of trust is not possible. When you forgive someone you certainly release them from judgment, but without true change, no real relationship can be established.........Forgiveness in no way requires that you trust the one you forgive. But should they finally confess and repent, you will discover a miracle in your own heart that allows you to reach out and begin to build between you a bridge of reconciliation.........Forgiveness does not excuse anything.........You may have to declare your forgiveness a hundred times the first day and the second day, but the third day will be less and each day after, until one day you will realize that you have forgiven completely. And then one day you will pray for his wholeness......
