On May 25th/26th, Josh & Cloé are hosting a workshop weekend introduction to standing hand-to-hand in Basel.
There will be a mix of technical inputs for H2H and F2H, various playful entrances and exits from tricks, and flowing partner acro dance.

Join us this coming Sunday September 18th, 11h--17h, for a community and charity acro event in Basel.
There will be donation-based classes and Jam all day long. We ask for a donation for the hall rental of about CHF 15.- per person.
Please note that due to cold weather this event will take place inside at the Leonhardschulhaus (hall 4) and not as previously announced in the Kannenfeldpark.

Update #2: Weekly Jams

Due to the latest decision of the Federal Council to extend the certificate requirement. We have made every effort to integrate everyone in some way as best as possible with our approach.

The following will apply starting next Monday, 9/13-21:

Tuesdays Jam: participation with list, 30 people possible, until Christmas (possibly possible).

❗️No Covid certificate, nor valid test is required - this is only possible if we are consistent group of 30. Therefore:

❗️Contact Urs ([email protected]) to secure your spot for the Tuesday Jam by Monday, 9/13-21, 22:00Members have priority.

❗️Please include the following info:

First and last name

Cell phone number

Email address

We need this info in case of contagion. The data will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared.

We will create a GoogleDoc with all 30 participants and check off who is there before the jam each time.

Summary:

✅if you want to train on Tuesdays, sign up NOW (late sign-ups cannot be considered due to the 30 person consistency rule).

❎Spontaneous drop-ins are accordingly not possible

☀️but: you can come whether you are vaccinated/tested or not.

Friday Jam: Certificate/test

❗️Certificate requirement or presentation of a valid Covid test result applies here - in return, there is no mask requirement indoors. We will scan your certificate/test result at the beginning of each training session - please bring valid ID for complete identification.

Summary:

✅No fixed registration necessary! (means, spontaneous drop-ins are possible)

❎Participation only with valid Covid certificate or Covid test result (+ ID card)

☀️No mask obligation indoors.

If you want to train on Tuesday and Friday, you have to ask Urs to put you on the Tuesday list (see above for details), and have your certificate/test result ready for Friday.

Update #1: Workshop with Tobias Bader

Due to the latest decision of the Bundesrat to extend the certificate requirement, the following additional regulations apply to the upcoming workshop on September 18/19 with Tobias Bader:

❗️Participation is only possible with a valid certificate or valid test (& please bring valid ID for identification)

☀️good news #1: Tests can be done for free until then! (so, no additional costs!)

☀️good news #2: In return, masks are no longer required inside the training rooms - yay!

We can go training again on Fridays to the ‚Zirkusschule’/ circus school (Basel, Dornacherstrasse 192, ‘Gundeldingerfeld’ in the ‘silo’ building, 8 mins walk from the main railway station Basel SBB), starting next Friday, 28.8.21 - yay!
⏰ Training times are from 19:00-21:30 (again we will start in the lower room first with warm-up, and then move to the upper room)
💡 The protection concept of the circus school applies:
❗️come dressed, checkrooms cannot be used,
❗️sign in attendance list,
❗️mask in general areas (but not during training - yay!),
❗️no eating inside the rooms

💰 costs: 10.- (Zirkusschule, friday training), 5.- (Austober, tuesday training), free for members🥳
